Louisville, KY

Our last regional of the season was in Louisville, KY. Downtown Louisville is a lot of fun. There is a street right outside our hotel called Fourth Street. There are tons of restaurants, our favorite one was called The Pub. We ate there two out of the three nights. It was so good and the cheesecake was one of the best I've ever had.

Emily, Holly and me after a delicious dinner.

Me and Robynn getting ready for check in.

Our show was over Halloween weekend, which meant lots of crazy loud parties on Fourth Street and in the hotel.

There was even a concert Friday night for Charlie Daniel's 75th birthday. It was awesome. There is nothing like seeing Charlie sing and play "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" Ah it was a good night.

Here's the group
Emily, Me, Robynn, Carrie, Holly Bonnie and Donna. We finished loading out and went straight to dinner. Do you remember how I mentioned it was Halloween weekend, well a family came into eat and they were siting across from us and they asked us what we're dressed up as. We all started laughing and explained we just finished up a show at the convention center. I knew we should have changed our clothes :)

It was fun to go back to Louisville, the last time we were there we ran into/stalked Howard K Stern. He was dating Anna Nicole Smith before she died. It was Anna Nicole Smith's daughters one year old birthday party and Larry was having a party in Louisville where he was living. Howard and his family was coming for the party. We read all about the party in a magazine on the airplane. We didn't realize we were checking in at the same time as Howard and we got in the same elevator, I was with my co workers Jaron and Carrie and we were dying. Jaron and I are always up for celebrity sightings. Even though you can't really call Howard K Stern a celebrity it was still fun. We kept running into him or his family and we weren't even trying. I remember we walked to Borders book store and read the newest book about Anna, Larry and Howard. We looked through the pictures in the book and noticed all the friends had checked in the hotel as well. Jaron and started reading the book. I started at the front and Jaron started from the back and we would stop every chapter and talked about what we read. We started to get freaked out with what we read and from that time on we tried not to run into Howard, or his friends or his family. Oh the memories. We had a fun Fall regional season, I can't believe how fast it went.

Corn Maze

You've got to love corn mazes. At the end of October my ward went to Thanksgiving Point to Cornbelly's corn maze. Wow, they have a lot going on there. The place was crazy!
Jalaine and I breaking rules in the maze, just kidding, we're just posing for a picture.
I love taking pictures in big chairs. I have a few from the gas station in Beaver, Utah. I love it.

It’s Eleven Eleven , it’s Eleven Eleven, one one, one, one….

Today is November 11, 2011 (11-11-11) I just happened to catch this on my phone today at work. It reminded me of a song my Friend would see when the clock turn 11:11.
"It’s Eleven Eleven , it’s Eleven Eleven, one one, one, one" and you sing it until the clock turns 11:12 or you get tired :)
I was singing it all day long today. Thanks Chris :)

Farmers Market

Each Summer I love going to the Farmers Market. The food, the music, the people watching, and the booths. It's the best. Here are a few pictures from my many trips up there.
Emily and I on Opening Day!!
I love the honey butter from the Knight family. It is the best!! Do I buy enough to get me through the winter? You betcha!!
Emily, Dad and Mom enjoying the day.
Emilee and Jen
Showing my roommate Emilee the In's and outs of the Farmer's Market. And one of those "In's " would be going to Bruges Waffles and Fries. It's across from Pioneer Park and so good.
Steff and I on one of the last weekends of the Farmers Market. Did we get a waffle, of course.
A cinnamon waffle with fresh peaches, It's delicious! If you haven't gone to the Farmers Market I suggest you go. You won't be disappointed. So until June, I'm going to enjoy a piece of toast with some honey butter.

Alpine Loop

Utah is absolutely gorgeous this time of year. My cousin Jen and I went for a drive up American Fork Canyon to do the Alpine Loop. We actually started up Provo canyon and stopped at Sundance.
Postcard picture folks, the mountains, the pine trees, the fall leaves. Oh so gorgeous!
I love the Aspens
This is a picture of the mountain behind my house. I love it and the colors are so pretty. Fall is one of my favorite season and I'm so glad we had a gorgeous Fall this year.

Edmonton, AB

A couple weeks ago I was in Edmonton for work. I always enjoy going to Canada, at least once I get through Customs and then Immigration, yes I said Immigration. I never know what the problem is, at least I have good co workers who don't mind waiting for me :)
We ate at some really fun places. One of them was a place called Blue Plate. We arrived just as the lunch rush did so we had a wait a bit, but it was worth it.
Shannon, Scott and Jennifer
Carrie, Me and Robin
Edmonton is such a pretty place.
Taking a quick picture with my helpers and Carrie. Carrie works in our Calgary office. It's always fun to see her.
Dinner at Sherlock Holmes Pub with Carrie, Carrie and Shannon. Awesome Fish and Chips. ( I pretty much had fish and chips the entire weekend, we had a layover in Seattle both ways, I could resist.)
We had a great show in Edmonton and the weather was awesome, just a little cool, but enough to get me excited for fall. Oh and you can't forget the candy bars in Canada, the chocolate is so good. I always have to stock up :)

Henderson, NV

The end of August we had a regional in Henderson, NV. The weather the hot and the place was AMAZING!! The Venue was Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort.
The View from my room!
After the show on Friday I busted a move to the pool.
It was so gorgeous.
The group waiting for the shuttle. We went to "The Village" for dinner. Basically we went to "The Village" every night. The hotel only had one restaurant.
After the show on Saturday we took a taxi to VEGAS BABY!! I love Las Vegas and being that close and not going was a crime, plus let's be honest, I don't think I could handle dinner one more time in "The Village" we needed out.
We ate dinner at Max Brenner. I love this place. It's so good and the chocolate is to die for. Like I've said before, if you are ever in Vegas or New York you need to go.
Jackie, Me, Carrie and Holly
Jackie and Me.
Jackie was our demo workshop presenter for the Charlotte and Henderson regionals. It was fun to get to know her.
The food of course, was delicious and the dessert was even better.
Oh the chocolate.
After dinner we shopping at H&M and then watched the Belliago fountains, another fave of mine in Vegas.
Gorgeous sunrise
Thanks Henderson/Vegas for showing us a good time.
